Sooo good salsa

Today... I made homemade Salsa. I have never really been a fan of the jars of salsa that they sell at the grocery store (such a salsa snob) so on occasion I will make some of my own! I found a recipe for the restaurant style salsa (where everything is just pureed together) and let me tell you... this recipe is way better than the mexican restaurants I've been going to. Also, bonus points because it took me like 5 minutes to make.

All of the ingredients you need!
Just chop a few things up...
throw it all in a blender...
And you have your self some muy delicioso salsa!
I found the recipe on pinterest (duh) and you can find it {here} but I will also post it below for your convenience.

Salsa! Ay Ay!:
1- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1- 10 oz can original Rotel tomatoes
1/2 small onion chopped
1/2 jalapeno (you can seed it or not depending on how spicy you like it... I usually take out like half of the seeds and leave the rest for a little bit of spicy-ness)
handful of cilantro
juice from 1 lime
1 clove of minced garlic
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend for 30ish seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Seve with your fave mexican dish!
